Nepal’s tourism everlasting: Minister Banskota

KAVREPALANCHOWK: Minister for Communication and Information Technology Gokul Prasad Banskota has said that the Visit Nepal Year 2020 will be a special celebration and the years to follow will continue as Tourism Year.

Addressing the concluding session of a half marathon organized on the eve of VNY 2020 in Namobuddha municipality-4, he said that Nepal’s tourism will continue until the earth lives.

He also shared that a Buddha circuit was being developed via Nala-Dhulikhel-Namobuddha-Kottimal-Tangsomkunda.

Stating that the present government has made accomplishments in two years that was more than the previous 22 years, Minister Banskota said the final two years of the government will be the year of inaugurations.

“Work on education, health, drinking water, communications and agriculture will be carried out in the next three years to boost the self-confidence of Nepalis,” he said.
