Local govt returns staffers sent by federal govt



KATHMANDU: Local government has sent back the staffers transferred by the federal government following integration.

Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Lalitpur Metropolitan City and Bhaktapur Municipality and Mdhyapur Thimi Municipality sent back the staffers transferred by the central government saying that they have already enough staffers.

A total of 30 staffers have been sent back by the local government, said Suresh Adhikari, secretary at the Ministry of Provincial Councils and Local Government.
