Govt to provide 30-day employment to 106, 872 people



KATHMANDU: The government has doled out Rs 2 billion 367 million 969 thousand to local units to provide employment for 30 days to unemployed people.

Each local unit has already received minimum Rs 500 thousand to 10 million to create employment opportunities to the unemployed locals, Naya Patrika reported.

The local units have to provide employment to  106 thousand 872 unemployed people for 30 days in the next two months.

The government has announced to ensure minimum employment program to all the Nepali people in the ongoing policies and programs and the budget.
