111 vehicles face the music for violating two-driver rule



KATHMANDU: The Metropolitan Traffic Police Division has taken action against 111 public vehicles plying on long routes for violating the rule of keeping two drivers.

The provision was introduced and implemented by the Nepal Police Headquarters, Highway Security and Traffic Directorate.

Earlier, it had launched a traffic communication apps to track whether long- route public vehicles have two drivers at the time of operation.
