Parliament endorses Administrative Bill

KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives on Tuesday unanimously passed the Administrative Court Bill-2076.

Earlier, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Bhanubhakta Dhakal had tabled a proposal seeking passage of the bill.

The HoR meeting today also endorsed a proposal seeking deliberations on the bill along with report of the Law, Justice and Human Rights Committee.

Likewise, the meeting endorsed with a majority a proposed tabled by Minister Dhakal seeking consideration of the lower house on the ‘Evidence (second amendment) Bill, 2076’. Also, Chairperson of the Finance Committee Krishna Prasad Dahal tabled the committee’s report on the ‘Financial procedures and Fiscal liability bill’ 2076.

The House of Representatives shall meet again on coming August 18.
