RUPANDEHI: Newly-elected Chairman of the State 5 Public Service Commission (PSC) Dilaram Bhattarai took the oath of office and secrecy on Tuesday as per the State PSC Act.

High Court Tulsipur Main Judge Ramesh Pokhrel administered him oath on the witness of State Chief Umakanta Jha.

State 5 Chief Minister Shankar Pokhrel, Speaker Purna Bahadur Gharti, ministers, chief secretary and secretaries were present on the occasion. The new chair assumed office today itself.
