JUMLA: Police have arrested Jumla in-charge of Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav)-led group. He is Chandra Bir Tiruwa alias Rabi Kiran.
Police raided the house of Tiruwa located at Sinja Rural Municipality-2 on Wednesday night and arrested him when he was sleeping, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Sitaram Rijal.
He has been kept in the custody of the District Police Office.
