Malaysia govt issues six-month deadline for illegal migrant workers to return home



KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysia government has issued a six-month deadline for the foreigners including Nepali migrant workers staying illegally to return their respective countries.

The deadline for the illegal migrants to return their homes started on August 1. With this deadline, illegal Nepali migrant workers can return home under the program ‘Back For Good’.

All the Nepali migrant  workers who turned illegal over their visa expiry will have to return home within the deadline.

The illegal migrants workers have to pay the Malaysia government 700 Ringgit and those without passports have to pay 160 Ringgit for one way  fee.
