Japan Foundation to conduct language, professional skills test



KATHMANDU: The Japan Foundation has been entrusted to test language and profession skills of Japanese job aspirants.

The Foundation will conduct test on October 27-28 and November 5-6 – in Kathmandu. The visa process of those getting through language and professional skill test will take place afterwards.

The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan will keep successful candidates in the roster. Last year, the Japan government had unveiled its plan to recruit over 345,000 foreigners from nine countries including Nepal since 2019.

Japan and Nepal had sealed a deal on the much-awaited labor agreement between the two counties in March.
