BHAKTAPUR: Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has warned infringement of democratic rights in any pretext would be unacceptable.

Speaking at a program in Bhaktapur today, Deuba alleged the KP Oli-led government of conspiring to restrict democratic rights.

“Violation of democratic rights in the pretext of restriction on free press will not be acceptable,” NC President Deuba said.
