Romanian national dies while paragliding in Pokhara



POKHARA: A Romanian national died while paragliding from Sarangkot of Pokhara this afternoon.

Ede Csis, 42, who crashed into the Phewa Lake, succumbed to injuries in the course of treatment at the Metro City Hospital in Pokhara.

The para-glider was rescued by a rescue team and taken to the hospital where he breathed her last, police said.

She had started the paragliding from Sarangkot and fell into the Phewa Lake at around 11:00 am.

Police said, the inability to keep balance has been blamed for the accident.
