One killed in Jumla road accident



JUMLA: A person was killed after a bus knocked him down at Rokabada, Kanakasundari rural municipality on Monday.

The bus, Bhe 1 Ja 796, hit 19-year-old Lok Jung Shahi of Soru rural municipality-2 of Mugu district along the Nagma-Gamgadhi road.

Fatally injured in the incident, Shahi breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Karnali Academy of Health Science in Jumla this morning.

Police have impounded the bus and its driver for necessary action.
