RUKUM: A man killed his wife with a sharp knife in Rukum (West) last night.

Nabin Khadka, 27, of Machhimi of Musikot municipality-3 killed his wife Kamala Budhathoki, 27, according to the District Police Office.

Police have arrested Nabin, who had been absconding following the incident, this morning form a nearby jungle. He had consumed excessive alcohol.

The reason behind the murder has not been ascertained yet. An investigation into the case was underway.
