Two motorcyclists killed in a Deukhuri pile-up

DANG: Two people lost their lives in a motorcycle-truck collision that occurred in Deukhuri of Dang district on Monday night.

The deceased have been identified as 26-year-old Balkrishna Bhandari, 26, and Binayak Chaudhary, 27, said police.

The incident took place when a motorcycle, Lu 19 Pa 5506, collided head-on with another motorcycle, Ra 3 Pa 2061, before being hit by a truck, Na 6 Kha 6774 at Pipariya along Lamahi-Bhalubhang road section. The deceased were riding the motor cycle, Ra 3 Pa 2061, according to police.

Dipak Marasini,28, of Rampti Rural Municipality-8, Bijauri sustained critical injuries.
