RPP urges govt to draw international attention over border dispute

KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has condemned the ‘incursive tendency’ shown by India constructing road at Limpiyadhura, Kalapani and Lipulek areas in unilateral manner rather than resolving problems through discussions and taking its security personnel back from Nepali territory.

Issuing a press release on Sunday, RPP Chairs — Prakash Chandra Lohani, Pashupati Shumsher JB Rana and Kamal Thapa urged the government of Nepal to send letter to the government of India in order to find out solution of the problem through diplomatic dialogue immediately.

They also requested the government to call all-party meeting forthwith to prepare further strategy on the basis of national consensus over the issue and to take necessary initiative for the attention of international community.
