Alleged pickpocketer lands in police net



KATHMANDU: Police have arrested an alleged pickpocketer while he was making away following a theft.

Metropolitan Traffic Police informed they caught Suman Nepal, 19, while he was running away after stealing Rs 55,400 of Badri Shrestha, 58, of Chandragiri Municipality-19. Shrestha was travelling on a bus when the theft happened.

Traffic Police said the alleged pickpocketer has been handed over to Metropolitan Police Range, Kalanki for further action.
