KATHMANDU: The Secretariat of Deputy Prime Minister Ishwar Pokharel has decided to conduct all activities to be carried out by Ishwar Pokharel, the coordinator of COVID-19 Control and Management High-Level Committee from Putalibageicha, the courtyard of the Ministry of Defense.
