KATHMANDU: Chairman of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has proposed to hold the party’s general convention from April 7-12 next year.

Dahal proposed the dates while presenting a political document at the NCP’s ongoing central committee meeting in Kathmandu.
