Biplav-faction’s Sindhupalchowk Secretary arrested



BHAKTAPUR: Police made public Sindhupalchowk Secretary of Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’-led group in Bhaktapur.

Bhuwan Singh Tamang, 44, of Melamchi municipality-9 was arrested on Tuesday while he was extorting money from businessmen at Chardobato Chowk of Madhyapurthimi, according to Superintendent of Police at the Metropolitan Police Range, Bhaktapur, Sabin Pradhan.

Further investigation into the case was underway, police said.
