People associated with an organization called ‘Uni Students for Climate Justice’ demonstrated displaying placards demanding resignation of Prime Minister Morrison for his failure to contain the ongoing bush-fires.

The demonstrators also accused Morrison of not taking effective steps in the sector of climate change at a time when the bush-fire is wreaking havoc on various parts of the country.

Meanwhile, they have demanded due compensation for the families of those firefighters who lost their lives in the line of duty and those who lost their houses in the fire.
