KATHMANDU: Two committees under Nepal’s Federal Parliament are scheduled to meet today to discuss issues ranging from records destroyed in the September protests to the country’s emerging digital economy.
The Public Accounts Committee will meet at 11 am at Singha Durbar to discuss official records that were burned or destroyed during the protests and subsequent incidents on September 8 and 9, 2025.
The Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance Committee will also meet at 11 am in its meeting hall at Singha Durbar.
The committee is scheduled to hold discussions on Nepal’s digital economy, including issues surrounding its development and broader economic implications.
