Special Court acquits DSP Rai in graft case



KATHMANDU: Special Court has acquitted DSP Shyam Kumar Rai arrested red-handed with bribe money.

A bench comprising of Judges Krishna Giri, Shanti Singh Thapa and Chandra Bahadur Saru gave a cheat chit to DSP Rai arrested red-handed with Rs 140,000 kickback.

A team of Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority has arrested DSP Rai.
