BANKE: Police have arrested seven people with 63.89 grams of drugs from two different locations in Banke.
Four people were arrested on suspicion of drug dealing at Moon Light Hotel in Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City-2. Police recovered 12.46 grams of drugs from them.
Similarly, three people were arrested from Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City-3, from whom police recovered 51.54 grams of drugs, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police Prati Singh Rathore of the District Police Office.
Police also recovered a motorcycle, digital weighing scales, nine Ncell SIM cards, three Nepal Telecom (NTC) SIM cards, 146,000 Indian rupees, Rs 99,000 in Nepali currency, and three keypad mobile phones of different brands from the arrested individuals. Police said that further investigation into the case is underway.
