MAHOTTARI: A police personnel has been suspended for withdrawing money by forging checks. Rajesh Dibedi, who served at the district police office for three years, has been accused of withdrawing the total Rs 70,000 from Jaleshwor-based branch of Rastriya Banijya Bank five days ago by forging two separate checks, said the bank’s branch manager Shiva Shankar Yadav.
The checks in the name of Dibedi was found forged when the audit could not match, said Yadav, who was quoted as saying to Superintendent of Police Shyam Krishna Adhikari.
