President authenticates Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Ordinance



KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Paudel has authenticated the Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Ordinance on the recommendation of the government.

According to President’s Office spokesperson Ritesh Kumar Shakya, the ordinance was promulgated in accordance with Article 114(1) of the Constitution of Nepal.

The President’s Office stated that the ordinance was issued on Thursday.

Earlier the same day, President Paudel had also authenticated the Cooperative (First Amendment) Ordinance.
