Civil Hospital nurses join nationwide protest



KATHMANDU: Nurses working in private health institutions across Nepal are currently protesting to demand the implementation of government-mandated minimum wages and service benefits.

The nationwide demonstration is organized under the banner of the Nepal Nursing Association, with nurses also holding sit-ins as part of their protest.

On Friday, nurses at Civil Hospital joined the movement, peacefully staging a sit-in while displaying placards in support of the ongoing campaign.
