KATHMANDU: Lawmaker of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Parbat Gurung has appeared before Kathmandu District Court on Sunday.

The court on Wednesday had issued an arrest warrant against Gurung of Dolakha in connection with an attack to murder case on Birdhoj Khadka at Gaushala in Kathmandu soon after the local elections.

Khadka had on May 12, 2019, lodged a complaint at the Kathmandu District Court against Gurung.
