Eleven hurt in Dhading road accident



DHADING: Eleven workers were injured when a tractor carrying them and hired by the Nawakantipur Construction for the Dhadingbesi Salyantar Road Project met with an accident here on Saturday.

The trailer of the tractor, Na 6 Ta 2708, overturned at a turning point as it was transporting workers towards the construction site, District Police Office’s Deputy Superintendent of Police Rupak Khadka said. Over speed is blamed for the accident.

Among the injured, Karna Bahadur Chadara of Chhedagaun, Jajarkot has been referred to the Chitwan Medical College.

Remaining 10 workers including Hari Bahadur Shahi, Karna Bahadur Shahi, Tej Bahadur Raut, Men Bahadur Shahi and Purna Bahadur Dangi are being treated at the Dhading District Hospital.
