Road to Dhorpatan hunting reserve being upgraded

BAGLUNG: Up-gradation of a road to the Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve from Bongadobhan of Tamankhola Rural Municipality has begun.

Tamankhola Rural Municipality has allocated Rs 14.55 million for upgrading the 10-km-long road, its chair Jokalla Budha Magar informed.

As part of the up-gradation, road widening and construction of drainage and culvert at Bongkhani rivulet will be carried out.

The road was opened in 2075 BS. Chulendra BK of Tamankhola-2 said the movement of all commuters would be easier with the up-gradation of the current narrow road.

Tamankhola is a remote rural municipality in Baglung. Many places here are yet to be connected with road network.
