President Paudel discharged from hospital



KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Paudel has been discharged from the hospital after receiving treatment for prostate problem.

The Head of the State was admitted to the TU Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj last Wednesday. He underwent prostate surgery.

Officiating Executive Director at TU Teaching Hospital, Ghanshyam Gurung, issued a statement today and informed that President Paudel was discharged after getting recovery on Saturday afternoon. His health is normal.

Meanwhile, President Paudel expressed gratitude to all the medical persons and hospital staff involved in his treatment and those wishing him good health from across the country and abroad.

Earlier, Vice President Ramsahay Prasad Yadav had reached TU Teaching Hospital to take stock of the President’s treatment and health condition.
