KATHMANDU: The weather in the Kathmandu Valley has cleared after four consecutive days of rainfall.
With sunshine appearing from the afternoon, daily life in the Valley has gradually returned to normal.
Continuous rainfall had increased water levels in rivers and streams, including the Bagmati and Bishnumati, while roads and transportation services were also affected at various locations.
As the weather improved, vehicle and pedestrian movement increased on the roads.
