DAILEKH: CPN-UML General Secretary Shankar Pokharel has encountered an accident in Dailekh.
According to UML leader Bishnu Rijal, the incident occurred on Saturday at approximately 3:00 PM near Chupra Bazar, Dungeshwar, Dailekh.
At the time of the accident, Pokharel was on his way to inaugurate the 8th convention of the UML’s Dailekh district committee.
Rijal disclosed that there were five individuals in the vehicle, and Padma Khadka, the deputy secretary of Karnali, sustained injuries during the accident.
Dailekh District Police Chief, DSP Kishor Lamsal, verified Pokharel’s safety and reported that the vehicle was removed from the road on Saturday and transported to a nearby garage.
