APF’s Aasif Sheikh shines with second Prime Minister Cup century



KATHMANDU: Aasif Sheikh, representing Nepal Armed Police Force (APF), showcased an outstanding performance in the Prime Minister Cup match against Karnali Province by scoring a century.

This remarkable achievement marks Sheikh’s second century in the Prime Minister Cup history.

Facing 114 balls, Aasif Sheikh’s century included an impressive display of 10 fours and two sixes.

His remarkable innings played a pivotal role in APF’s dominance during the match.

In the earlier part of the game, after winning the toss, APF opted to field at the Tribhuvan University cricket ground.

Their strategic decision limited Karnali Province to 206 runs, losing all wickets in 44.1 overs.
