LAMJUNG: A person lost their life when a house caught fire in Syage, Marsyangdi Rural Municipality-4, Lamjung district.

Santamaya Shrestha, 44 years old, succumbed to the fire that engulfed the house last night, as reported by the police.

The victim’s husband, 45-year-old Rajendra Shrestha, managed to escape the fire by running out, according to Police Inspector Thaneshwor Chapain from the District Police Office.
