Karnali Province gears up for investment summit to boost economic growth



SURKHET: The Karnali Province government is actively preparing to host an investment summit within the current fiscal year.

The objective behind organizing this summit is to attract private sector investments and foster economic development in the province.

Bed Raj Singh, the Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning, disclosed that preparations for the investment summit are already underway. He emphasized the province government’s commitment to encouraging private sector investments and outlined plans to establish industries suitable for Karnali’s economic landscape.

“In our annual program, we have outlined the organization of an investment summit in Karnali. We are currently making necessary preparations for the event,” Minister Singh stated. He highlighted the government’s strategy to boost internal revenue by effectively mobilizing Karnali’s resources, calling for collective efforts to achieve this goal.

The upcoming investment summit in Karnali Province aims to create a platform for collaboration between the government and the private sector, fostering economic growth and development in the region.
