A coordinating committee has been formed marking a pivotal move in aligning political forces sharing similar ideologies and politics, including the Maoist Center.

The party’s central committee convened its fourth plenary meeting in Kathmandu on Wednesday, formalizing the creation of a 5-member unity committee.

This committee, encompassing Mahindra Raye Yadav, Ganganarayan Shrestha, Durga Sob, Ramesh Prasad Yadav, and Janakraj Shah, is tasked with fostering collaboration with political entities sharing compatible ideas and principles, notably the Maoists.

The unification process with the Maoists has progressed to its final stages.
