Madhes Province govt. to present cash prize to cricketers Jha, Sheikh



JANAKPURDHAM: Madhes Province government is to present cash prize to players of Nepali cricket team, Gulsan Jha and Arif Sheikh.

Madhes Province government announced to provide a cash prize of Rs 200,000 each to –Jha and Sheikh, expressing happiness over Nepal’s qualification to the Men’s One-day Cricket World Cup qualifiers.

The decision was taken to present cash prizes to both players of Madhes Province as an incentive.

Extending gratitude to the Nepali cricket team over its improbable win against the UAE, Chief Minister Saroj Kumar Yadav announced to present cash prize to the cricketers.
