PM Dahal likely to attend LDC Conference in Doha

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda is preparing to leave for Doha, Qatar’s capital on March 3.

He will attend the Conference of Least Developed Countries starting on March 5.

The conference of Least Developed Countries is being organized from 5 to 9 March in Doha.

Governments and heads of state of underdeveloped countries will participate in the conference.

“So far, it is likely that PM will participate in the conference. However, the PM may not be able to attend the conference due to the political situation and the Presidential election in Nepal,” a source said.

The election for the post of President will be held on March 9.
