KATHMANDU: Dilliram Khanal, who is viral on YouTube, has been arrested.
Actress Karisma Manandhar had filed a complaint against him for character assassination in a YouTube interview.
The Central Cyber Bureau of Nepal Police arrested Khanal, police said.
