Govt. to focus on improving country’s economy: PM Dahal



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that the government will be focused on improving the country’s economy.

Prime Minister Dahal said he was well aware of the problems facing the country’s economy.

“The country’s economy is going through complex and challenging times. The government is aware of the increased interest rate and liquidity crunch. It will now focus on ways to improve the economy,” he said.

The government was committed to converting the current challenge of the economy into opportunity.

“It is the responsibility of all to save the country’s economy through collective efforts. The government will move ahead prioritizing the public-private partnership,” he said with office-bearers of the Nepal Chamber of Commerce.
