Jajarkot jeep mishap: Death toll reaches 11

The number of passengers killed in a jeep accident in Jajarkot on Monday afternoon has reached 11.

Eleven passengers died when the ill-fated jeep (Karnali Province 2001 Ch 0429) fell some 200 meters down the road in Bhirpati of Chedagad municipality, police said.

Major political parties, including the Nepali Congress (NC) and CPN-UML, are particularly engaged in discussions with other parties as none of the political parties succeeded in garnering majority votes in the November 20 election.
