Free health camp organized in Kapan



KATHMANDU: Girija Prasad Koirala Foundation Bagmati Province conducted a free health camp at Kapan in Kathmandu.

The Foundation in collaboration with Kathmandu Medical College organized a daylong free health camp at Budhanilakantha Municipality-11, Kapantar on Friday.

Foundation Bagmati President Ganesh Bhattarai shared that the camp was conducted targeting poor and disadvantaged people residing in Kapan area.

Informing that the Foundation has been working in different social sectors, he said high emphasis has been laid on implementing philanthropic programmes in health sector.

As many as 902 people benefited from the health camp. The camp will be conducted in all wards of Budhanilakantha municipality in coming days.
