Motorcycle fall claims two in Ramechhap

RAMECHHAP: Two people died in a road accident that occurred at Puranagaun of Manthali Municipality-9 in the district on Wednesday evening.

The deceased has been identified as Lopsang Lama, 22, and Chok Kumar Shrestha, 11, of Khandadevi Rural Municipality, confirmed Sheikh Adalat, spokesperson of District Police Office, Ramechhap.

Lopsang Lama died on the spot while Shrestha breathed his last while being rushed to hospital.

The incident took place when the motorcycle, Ba 51 Pa 6365, skidded off and fell some 100 meters down the road while it was heading to Khurbensi from Angeripani yesterday evening.
