ITTF honors Nepali table tennis player Anita Maharjan with Ping Pong diplomacy



KATHMANDU: Nepali table tennis player Anita Maharjan has been honored by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) with Ping Pong Diplomacy.

Anita has been honored with the title for her contribution to the development and expansion of table tennis in Nepal.

Anita has also founded the Annis Ping Pong Club in Samakhushi with her own investment. The federation has recognized her role in women’s empowerment through table tennis.

Anita has been also a brand ambassador for Aerobics Table Tennis for the past three years. The company has also made Maharjan a partner, promoter, and trainer.
