Three more persons succumb to coronavirus in Banke



NEPALGUNJ: Three more coronavirus-infected people have died in Banke district on Monday night.

A 63-year-old man of Dang Lamahi Municipality Ward No. 8 died while undergoing treatment at the Bheri Hospital. He was admitted on May 22 and had been tested for antigen on May 23.

A 61-year-old man of Ward No. 4 of Badaiyatal in Bardiya has died at Bheri Hospital. He was admitted on the same day after the antigen test on June 3.

Similarly, a 65-year-old man of Banke Kohalpur Municipality Ward No. 11 died at Kohalpur Medical College. He was admitted on June 2 and his antigen was tested on the same day.

As many as 303 people have died from coronavirus in Banke district while a total of 312 people have died while seeking treatment from outlying districts.
