KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court has issued an interim order not to stop e-commerce businesses during the prohibitory order.
A joint bench of Justices Sapana Pradhan Malla and Kumar Chudal on Monday issued an order not to suspend the services of e-commerce companies involved in online sale and home delivery until a final verdict is issued in the case.
Advocates Subhash Pathak, Aawesh Adhikari, Sagar Poudel, Krishna Pal and Raksha Singh, on behalf of the petitioner, and Joint-Government Attorney Sanjeev Raj Regmi, on behalf of the defendants, argued whether to issue an interim order or not.
