KATHMANDU: Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has predicted rains amidst thunderstorms due to westerly winds in varous places of the country today.
The weather is, currently, partly cloudy in the hilly areas including that of Pradesh 1 due to the westerly wind, local wind and low pressure weather system built inthe Indian State of Uttar Pradesh.
Light rain amidst thunderstorms are likely in some hilly areas of Pradesh 1 and one or two places in Terai region due to the same weather system today afternoon and tonight.
This weather pattern is likely to continue until Friday, according to a weather bulletin issued by the MFD this morning.
