Govt being soft on Biplav outfit

KATHMANDU: The government is being soft on Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand alias ‘Biplav’, of late.

The government began to be soft on the Biplav group after the court ordered to release its cadres. The government had decided to put a ban on the activities of the Biplav group on March 12 following a series of explosions including one in Ncell headquarters, Bhainsepati.

Police do not arrest Biplav cadres now-a-days after the court started releasing them citing no valid reasons behind their arrest.
