Nepal to play T20I tournament in Qatar



KATHMANDU: The Nepali national cricket team is scheduled to play a T20I tournament in Qatar.

The board meeting of the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) held on Tuesday has decided to play the tournament in Qatar.

Nepal is going to participate in the Bilateral T20 organized by the Qatar Association on the occasion of Qatar Sports Day. The competition will be held from February 9 to 12.

Similarly, the CAN Board meeting has decided to start the closed training of the national team from February 1.

This is the first camp since Dave Whatmore became the head coach of the national team.
