Two cadres of Biplav outfit land in police net

GORKHA: Police have arrested two cadres of the Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ group from the district.

Those arrested are Bishnu Rijal and Ishwar Pandey. Rijal is the group’s Gorakha district people’s council chief while Pandey is the central member of All Nepal National Independent Students Union (ANNISU) close to the Biplav-led group.

Law enforcement agency has kept a close tab on the leaders and cadres of the party after the government banned their activities.
